TOS✧ Provide me with references is a must, mostly for composition, pose and color palette, mood,etc. you can also share me music / playlists and moodboard for this commission(or you can request if i should decide / leave it up to me).✧ For concept description please keep it detailed but also compact, make them into points and / or one paragraph / or even graphics scrapbook like sketches or descriptions abt the character(s) / or concept. I won't proceed the commission if you gave me long written essay.✧ Size canvas starts from 3000px, 250 DPI, RGB you can decide if you want landscape or portrait.
For Headshot Photocard commission the ratio is 2:3 or 2:2 which only fit 1 (one) character.✧ The commission will take 1-3 months max, but it can also depends on complexity or personal urgent matters which I will contact commissioners for any timeline changes.✧ I will send the progress I make every week if you want or you can check on Waitlist & Progress.✧ If you have specific deadline for the artwork(s) you can let me know when is the deadline and it is considered to be urgent commission where fee is added depending on how close the deadline is.✧ Max revision 3 times (no heavy revision allowed like changes poses, cam angle) if u wish to do revision more than 3 times it will be $15 each revision.✧ I will NOT make any big revision on the final piece.✧ You will receive my art in JPG form, not physical or any printed media forms✧ For commercial use (banner /pfp vtuber / ads) pls contact me personally through email for the price is different.✧ I will / do NOT imitate other artists’ art styles.✧ Please be patient and respectful to each other so the process can go smoothly for any rude, aggressive behaviors can cause cancellation.
PROCESS✧ DO NOT pay me first, commissioners will be contacted first to discuss your commissions (first come, first served).✧ Copy paste the order form, fill it in with informations, references that i need to know. The more informations and references you give the better and faster the final result will be. Send the form through my DM.✧ Don’t hesitate to ask me any questions if you’re not sure about / want to add something, or want my inputs about your concept.✧ After I agree and getting clear image of the concept, I will send paypal invoice. *see details in payment✧ After I receive your payment, in 24 hours or less I will send the rough sketches / thumbnails.✧ After you approve the rough sketch, I will begin to do clean sketch / lineart with colors.✧ I will begin rendering after you approve the clean sketch. From this point on, the revision rule is applied.✧ After i finish the artwork, I will contact you to send the rest of the payment through paypal.✧ When I receive the payment, I will send the PNG file + Timelapse process through E-mail or DM via google drive for better quality (be sure to transfer the files on your device because i will be cleaning the drive once in a month).
PAYMENT✧ Only accepting paypal.✧ After I agree, I will send paypal invoice which you have to pay 50% upfront.✧ For background illustrations only, clients are allowed to request installments up to 3 months max for the illustration(s) will also finished once the payment is completed .
REFUNDS✧ I strictly prohibited refund once the money has been sent which mean when I already do the clean sketch.✧ You will receive refund if I cannot do / continue the commission due to urgency or i cannot complete it before the deadline.✧ The amount of refund is calculated based on how far is the artwork progress is. The rendering step is considered half way progress.✧ I STRICTLY PROHIBITED to request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself after you give confirmation through our conversation.✧ If you request Paypal chargeback when it is strictly prohibited to do so, you will not allowed to commission me again, I will have full rights to profit from your commission in anyway, and I will decline the request and provide paypal with our conversion as evidence.
COPYRIGHTS✧ I have all the rights over commissioned artwork and might post them on social medias (please send me your usernames from any social medias you use so i can tag you).✧ I will / do not own the Intellectual Property(IP) of the commissioned artwork.✧ I will not make any profits of your commissioned artwork.✧ You may print the artwork u commissioned for personal use only not for reselling / distribution.✧ You may upload the commissioned artwork on social media with credit.✧ You must not make profit from the commissioned artwork(s) (reselling, distributing, printings, NFT).✧ You must not use / put the commissioned art work on AI.✧ You must not use the artwork for commercial purposes.✧ You must not make edits / alter commissioned artwork(s) without my consents.✧ You must not remove my signature from the artwork.✧ You must not claim the artwork as your own.
